Dear Supporters,
At this time we are usually writing to you to confirm your attendance at our annual Christmas Bazaar.
This year will however be different.
It is with great regret that we will not be holding our Bazaar this year.
Currently the government guidelines for indoor gatherings mean that with the stalls holders and catering volunteers’ number being over thirty the capacity for an indoor event is reached without any attendees, and practically it would be impossible to adhere to the social distancing rules.
Guidelines might change before November, however with advertising due to go to press in August a decision had to be made now.
Our two charities have been badly hit by the lack of fund-raising activities and we will be donating to compensate in part for the event being cancelled. The links to our charities are on our social media and if you feel able to send a donation, we are sure they would be very grateful.
Thank you for your support over the last 10 years, we could not have achieved so much without you all.
