During these unprecedented times, we are all pivoting our businesses in a way that works best for the current circumstances. We thought we would share with you, some of the changes that we have implemented into our business: 

 

  • SN provided Immediate additional support for clients and staff via telephone / email -this was initially included out of hours, as the need was so great.
  • Subsequently passing on all information via Facebook, Instagram.
  • Wonderful social media queen has set up a support page on our website
  • All staff working remotely
  • GDPR we already had procedures in place for remote working
  • Liaison with clients to collect paperwork or using couriers
  • Using new techniques –  software installed remotely for desktop applications – we mainly use cloud-based software so this was minimal
  • We already used cloud based storage for client and bookkeeper to exchange information
  • Zoom meetings and WhatAp calls in place for face to face meetings.
  • Liaising with local councils regarding availability of grants and application processes
  • Providing additional financial information to clients to support business loan application
  • Providing a service to process CJRS grants from 20.04.20
  • Working with HR consultants and passing on information and contact details for any HR related queries.
  • Working with local accountants and bookkeeping companies, to share information, templates and to offer support where required.
We are trying to maintain a seamless service to our clients and our wonderful team, to attempt to minimise the impact at this difficult time.
